Thank you for your interest in placing an order. This page will assist you with all our most frequently asked questions. 

Shipping: We ship with ATS Healthcare and Canada Post. Most orders go via ATS unless your address is a PO Box or your postal code's first number is a 0, eg. V0H XXX, T0L XXX, S0R XXX. Shipments are generally shipped the next business day and a follow up email with tracking information will be provided at that time. 

Should you wish a later delivery date, please make a note in the order. 

We cannot guarantee a delivery date or time, but you will be able to follow the tracking and see when the shipment is out for delivery. 

Someone over the age of majority in your province must be home to accept the package.
